Since 2015, I have been developing as photographer in the field of aviation. It is a very niche market and has grown from a hobby to become an artistic outlet where I can create dynamic images that appeal to aviation and non aviation folk alike. When I decided to start Carly Hodges Photography and offer my skills to a wider market, I very much desired to keep the Vintage Dakota Aviation brand as a separate entity.

Known amongst the aviation community as the "Dak Darling" due to my love for the Dakota aircraft, vintage fashion and an keen interest in history, particularly World War 2, I did not want to lose the Vintage Dakota name so running the two names in parallel became the obvious choice.

My images have appeared at the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight end of season dinner presentation, as part of the Realm and Empire blog and most significantly as part of the PR package for Yeovilton Airshow.

My aviation images are available for purchase by clicking here. The gallery is growing each week so if you do not see the image you require, please contact me via email and I can arrange for it to be added as a priority.  Downloads, canvas, metallic and prints of various sizes are available through Loxley Colour, an industry leader in professional print services.
